If you complete 45 traditions, you will receive a medallion. If you complete 25 traditions, you will receive a pin. We ask that you complete your challenges the week of Commencement. Good Guys: How Men Can Be Better Allies for Women in the Workplace

On Wednesday, April 21 at noon EST, the UNI Alumni Association will host a webinar with co-authors David Smith and Brad Johnson who will provide the “how-to” for men, women and organizational leaders who want to be intentional, inclusive and excellent allies. They will discuss leveraging mentorship, sponsorship and workplace partnership to create a more diverse workforce. Rural Roots to NBA Hoops: A Conversation with Nick Nurse

The University of Northern Iowa, in partnership with the University of Iowa and current Iowa Women's Basketball Coach, former UNI women's basketball standout and UNI Hall of Famer Lisa Bluder, '83 will host a virtual conversation with UNI Hall of Fame basketball star Nick Nurse, '90 on Sunday, April 25 from 2-3 p.m. Nick will discuss his rural Iowa upbringing, his transition to find success throughout his career and the use of data analytics to drive decisions in the NBA.
