Severe Weather Safety

According to the calendar, it is officially spring. Soon we will be thinking less about blizzards and more about thunderstorms. March 22-26 2021 is Severe Weather Awareness week. It's a good time review where your storm shelter locations are on campus. Remember when severe weather is upon us: Immediately seek shelter in designated emergency shelter areas, maintain physical distancing as best as possible, continue face covering use if possible and do not let physical distancing stop you from seeking shelter. For more information visit the NWS webpage. If you have concerns, please reach out to the Risk Management and the Environmental Health and Safety departments.
