The Theatre UNI Directing class is looking for actors for the Fall 2020 Directing Scenes. Auditions will be online via video submissions. Actors of all types and levels of experience are needed to fill many roles. You don’t need to be affiliated with the theatre department to audition. Everyone is encouraged to audition. Visit the Fall 2020 Directing Scene Auditions Google doc for more information, submission instructions and a link to the audition materials. Submissions are due by Tuesday, September 1 at 11:59 PM.
The UNI Child Development Center serves children ages birth to age 5. We offer care from 7:30-5:30 Monday through Friday. We currently have openings in our two older classrooms. Our Puma room can serve sixteen children 2.5-3.5 years old and our Panther classroom can have eighteen 3.5-5 year old children. This year our fall start date will be August 12th. Facilities Management will be fully implementing the Tiny Trash initiative this fall. The Tiny Trash program began on campus in 2013. The number of participating buildings has increased each year. Finalization of the project will occur this summer to all General Fund campus buildings. The purpose of Tiny Trash is to encourage positive recycling behavior by making recycling as easy and convenient as sending it to the landfill. The Panhellenic Council announces an update to the official schedule for Fall 2020 Sorority Primary Recruitment. To prioritize the health and safety of potential new members, active members and the community, a fully structured virtual model has been planned for Primary Recruitment.
