How could law school further your interests in social justice? What advantages does a Juris Doctor degree offer if you're considering careers in fields related to social justice? Three people with law degrees will talk about their experiences working for social change and how their degree has helped them in their work. Panelists include Miryam Atunez de Mayolo, Immigration Attorney, Archdiocese of Dubuque; John Pantazis, General Counsel, Heartland Dental; and Felicia Smith-Nalls, Neighborhood Services Coordinator, Waterloo. The Zoom webinar will take place Monday, August 31, 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Registration is required.

Come to free week classes starting Wednesday, August 26 through Friday, September 4 at the Wellness Recreation Center. A wide variety of classes for all ages and abilities is offered, allowing participants to try it all and find out what they like. Class capacity is limited, so come early if you want to try out a class.
