The Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa takes place each year during the last full week of July. Cyclists participating in this year’s ride can show off their Panther Pride by wearing UNI gear on College Jersey Day, set for Tuesday, July 21. This year’s route passes through the Cedar Valley later in the week, traveling just south of the Cedar Falls and Waterloo area before concluding in Dubuque.
