UNI to host fourth annual Day of Giving, #LivePurpleGiveGold

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The University of Northern Iowa will host is fourth annual day of giving, #LivePurpleGiveGold, on Wednesday, April 4. Faculty, staff, alumni and friends will once again join forces to impact current and future UNI students. The day of giving opens at 12:01 a.m. and concludes at 11:59 p.m. on April 4.

Last year, the 24-hour initiative set a record for the most gifts to the university on a single day, receiving 743 gifts from 32 states. This year, a goal of 1,000 donors has been set. The day will once again leverage challenges for young alumni, alumni clubs, athletics, college, students, and faculty and staff participation.
