For the first time in 40 years, the contribution limits for the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) will increase, effective January 1, 2026.

New Annual Limits:
$7,500 for single taxpayers or married couples filing jointly
$2,750 for married individuals filing separately
