Eat locally sourced beef or black bean burgers (while supplies last) and explore the local sustainability resources across the community at the Earth Week Cook out and Fair. Enjoy the UNI smoothie bike, get prizes and participate in games. This event will be held outside between Rod Library and Maucker Union from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22.
