Attending a Green Dot workshop equips faculty and staff with practical tools to recognize, respond to and prevent behaviors that contribute to discrimination, harassment and violence within the campus community. The training provides simple, actionable bystander intervention strategies that help create a safer, more respectful environment for students and colleagues. By participating, faculty and staff strengthen their ability to support students, model community responsibility, and contribute to a campus culture where everyone plays a role in prevention.
