UNI’s newest housing option, formerly known as The Quarters Cedar Falls, is now Trailside Apartments. UNI acquired the 480-bed apartment complex in January. Students are now able to contract to live at Trailside Apartments for the 2025-26 academic year. UHD will begin to transition to the new name throughout the remainder of the spring semester and over the summer.
