Kayla Kearns, a senior communications major, pitched her company Cool Aluminum Products, to a panel of judges to win $500. The company manufactures and installs window wells.

The UNI Student Pitch Competition was part of the Paul Singh Business Tour, sponsored by Helix Academy. Lincoln Savings Bank sponsored the $500 award.

T. J. Nissen, a senior graphic technologies major and owner of Network Nirvana, a gaming company, was the second place winner. Corey Behrens, a sophomore communications major and owner of Simplistic Views, a videography company, took third place.
