UNI’s Advance Iowa to host second annual Employee Ownership Conference
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Iowa Center for Employee Ownership (IA-CEO), a program of Advance Iowa, is proud to announce the second annual Employee Ownership Conference on Oct. 16, 2024, at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny. This event will bring together knowledge experts and company storytellers to discuss successful strategies, demonstrated benefits and economic impact of employee ownership models.
A keynote address will be delivered by Senator Chuck Grassley. A mainstage panel of industry leaders will lead the day with a Basics of Broad-Based Employee Ownership discussion followed by three tracks of breakout sessions tailored to fit a business’ circumstances. Networking opportunities will be available to connect with like-minded individuals along with vendor exhibits to discover services and products to support business transitions.
