Wilson celebrates student achievement at annual leadership event

With the academic year nearing its close, the Wilson College of Business celebrated its students at the annual Leadership Celebration in the Maucker Union Ballroom. Emceed by Wilson Presidents’ Council Co-Presidents Sarah Tulley and Josh Keenan, the event brought together more than 200 alumni, faculty, staff and students to recognize those making a lasting impact through academic excellence, professional development and campus leadership.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the prestigious Purple & Old Gold Awards across multiple departments, honoring students who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and academic excellence.

The John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center honored exceptional student achievement by presenting the Student Entrepreneur of the Year and MAC Impact Student Business of the Year awards.

Several students were also honored with Leadership Awards presented by Leslie K. Wilson, recognizing individuals who exemplify the values of leadership, service and impact within the Wilson College of Business:

- Leadership Impact Award to Sarah Tulley
- Student Organization of the Year Award to Women in Business
The event concluded with closing remarks that emphasized the importance of continued growth, leadership, and innovation. The Wilson College of Business is honored to celebrate its talented students and looks forward to another year of excellence and achievement.
