The Wilson College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa is proud to announce the selection of several distinguished graduates to participate in the prestigious Alumni in Residence program. This unique initiative is set to take place on campus on April 11, offering current students, faculty, and staff an invaluable opportunity to engage with accomplished alumni.

The Alumni in Residence program will feature one-on-one conversations, departmental engagements, classroom interactions, and meetings with student organizations. Steven Duggan (Accounting ’90)

Heath has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, starting at CBRE Hubbell Commercial and progressing to JLL before leading SVN | CREATE. Specializing in tenant representation and corporate solutions, he collaborates with prominent clients across the country. Heath is also actively involved in several community boards.

Chad Chandlee (Managment ’95)

Chad Chandlee has been integral to Kendall Hunt Publishing since 1998. Under his leadership, the company has thrived in the pre-K12, Higher Education, and Professional Education markets. Additionally, he founded Great River Learning in 2005, a digital learning company focusing on Higher Education.

Todd Weidmaier (Marketing ’92)
