Nine Panthers have been named to All-Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) teams while four earned specialty awards for the 2023 season.

UNI's Mya Dodge is MVC's Player of the Year, and Alex Pupillo is named MVC Freshman of the Year. It's the second year in a row someone from the UNI Panthers Softball Team has earned these two awards. The Panthers also collected their second MVC Pitcher of the Year in three seasons, which went to Samantha Heyer, and their third straight MVC Coaching Staff of the Year, which was awarded to Ryan Jacobs, Monica Wright and Garrett Furnal.
