UNI President Mark Nook joined Iowa Business Council President Joe Murphy on the latest episode of Iowa Biz Cast to discuss higher education in Iowa. They covered a wide variety of topics including UNI’s unique position in educating Iowans, UNI’s initiative with Iowa community colleges and the work of UNI’s Business & Community Services. And for the record, Murphy is a proud UNI alum. 

President Nook provided an update on the much anticipated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at UNI and spoke  to prospective students, offering advice on navigating the college application process. Murphy rounded out the interview by asking President Nook about how he structures his day, how he stays informed and what he’s reading right now.
