Wellness Coaching Sessions

Find your way in wellness by signing up for Wellness Coaching. Through meeting with a Wellness Coach, you have the opportunity to explore your character strengths, focus on your health and well-being goals, and obtain resources. Wellness Coaches can provide support related to stress management, self-care, healthy sleep habits, time management, social connection, budgeting, finding balance, creating a routine and more. Wellness Coaching is a confidential service available to all UNI students, offered by UNI Student Wellness Services.
