If you did not elect to receive your 2025 Form 1095-C electronically, your form will arrive by mail within the next two weeks.

You do not need Form 1095-C to file your 2025 tax return, but you should keep it with your tax records. As part of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), employers must provide IRS Form 1095-C to employees who were offered or enrolled in employer-sponsored health insurance in 2025.
