UNI is one of 471 colleges and universities recognized for outstanding efforts to increase nonpartisan student voter participation in the 2024 election.
Five UNI alums gathered in Des Moines this summer to create a short film in just 48 hours. Their efforts won them first place out of nearly 50 entries.
For 25 years, the Robert Eller Study Abroad Scholarship has enabled life-changing experiences for UNI students. It has since supported 105 students, sending them to 21 countries, according to the Cedar Falls Community Foundation, which manages the fund.
