Wilson College honors distinguished alumni returning to campus
The Wilson College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa is proud to announce its 2026 Alumni in Residence, a distinguished group of graduates who returned to campus on April 24 to engage with students, faculty and staff. The annual program highlights the college’s strong connection between classroom learning and real-world industry, giving students direct access to accomplished alumni who are actively shaping today’s business landscape.
Throughout the day, alumni participated in one-on-one conversations, classroom discussions, departmental engagements and student organization meetings. By sharing insights on current industry trends and career pathways, they brought real-world perspective into the classroom and helped students see how their education translates into meaningful career opportunities.
Todd Aadland (Finance ’95)
Executive Vice President, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City
Todd Aadland is a financial services leader with deep expertise in payments, risk management and treasury operations. Over his career, he has led large-scale initiatives advancing payments infrastructure and security, supported trillions in transaction value and driven strategy, innovation and resilience across complex financial systems and government programs.

Stephanie Gott (Business Administration ’01)
Chief People Officer, Kinzler Corporation
Stephanie Gott is a human resources leader with experience spanning multiple industries. She has led organizational growth, mergers and leadership development initiatives, building strong cultures and high-performing teams. A UNI graduate and certified executive coach, she brings a people-first approach to aligning talent strategy with business success.

Ryan Reiff (Accounting ’00)
Managing Partner – New York Metro Area, Forvis Mazars
Ryan Reiff is a financial and accounting leader with deep expertise in auditing, healthcare finance and practice growth. Over his career, he has led large-scale expansions, mergers and market entries, growing teams and operations while driving strategy, client service and performance across complex, multi-market organizations.

Mike Schreurs (Marketing ’69)
Founder and Board Member, Strategic America
Mike Schreurs is an entrepreneur and marketing leader who founded and grew Strategic America into a nationally recognized agency. Over his career, he led strategic, creative and media initiatives across industries while building a culture rooted in service. He continues to advise organizations and champion cancer awareness and early detection efforts.

Kris Spazafumo (Economics ’88)
Head of Wealth Management Product Management & Senior Vice President, Capital Group / American Funds (Retired)
Kris Spazafumo Spande built a 32-year career leading product strategy, marketing and distribution across the wealth management industry. She guided the development of mutual funds, model portfolios and investment solutions, driving growth and innovation while aligning products to investor needs and an evolving financial landscape.
