After the invasion of Iraq, Cantacuzino embarked on a personal project collecting stories of people who had lived through trauma and injustice and yet sought forgiveness rather than revenge. She founded The Forgiveness Project charity and, in 2022, published a book titled “Forgiveness: An Exploration,” in which she examined the subject of forgiveness from stories collected over 20 years. In addition to her recent book, she launched the The F Word Podcast in 2020, which led to presenting two series for BBC Radio 4 series Forgiveness: Stories from the Frontline.
