The University of Northern Iowa doesn’t want an application fee to stand between you and your future. That’s why UNI is offering Free Application Week Oct. 19-24, 2025 to high school and transfer students.

UNI is committed to keeping the cost of a four-year degree as low as possible, as evidenced by the one-third of all students who graduate without debt. New undergraduate students from Iowa’s six neighboring states also pay in-state tuition at UNI.
