“Once I started my teaching classes and being in the classroom, it was amazing getting to build connections with these kids and helping them learn and helping them get a foot out in the world,” said Alexandria. “It’s important for someone to go into that field and make the classroom an environment where the kids can feel completely comfortable, safe and open to learning.”
