SHAC Presents “The Jean Project”

UNI's Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) will be hosting “The Jean Project" Monday, February 27 - Friday, March 3. The Jean Project is a display of different sized jeans to bring awareness to body image and self-acceptance and encourages the UNI community to accept and celebrate the body they have. The perfect pair of jeans are the ones that fit you. The goal of the project is to promote body acceptance including body positivity, body neutrality, and body liberation for all. Graduate College Students Awards Deadlines for 2022-2023

Appreciate your student's hard work by nominating them for the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation, Outstanding Master's Thesis, Outstanding Creative Master's Thesis or Outstanding Master's Research Paper Awards. The deadline for the nomination is Friday, February 3 by 4:30 p.m. For more information visit the Graduate College website.

New Review Policy

Policy 4.77 University of Northern Iowa International Travel Safety Policy is now up for review on the Policies site. This policy must be reviewed by 5 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2023. 

Facts and Snacks with Active Minds

Join Active Minds for our first event of the semester on Tuesday, January 24 at 6 p.m. in the Maucker Union Ballroom. Challenge yourself to fun facts and enter to win a variety of raffle prizes.

Well-being Wednesday: Emotional Eating: The Connection Between Food and Mood

Human Resource Services will host an informational session focused on how our mood impacts our eating habits and what to do about it. This hour long session will be offered via Webcast Wednesday, February 15 at noon. Please register in advance.

2022 Form W-2

Online W-2s were made available on Friday, January 13 for active employees previously electing not to have a paper W-2 mailed to them. As a reminder, you must have VPN, Citrix, or a remote desktop if you are trying to access your W-2 off campus. If you do and still receive an error, you may need to try a different browser. Paper W-2s for all other employees will be mailed to be received by Tuesday, January 31. See Business Operations-Payroll to change your election to view your W-2 online in future years.
