As a reminder, you must have VPN, Citrix, or a remote desktop if you are trying to access your W-2 off campus. If you do and still receive an error, you may need to try a different browser. Do you like design or are you interested in expressions of Mid-Century design in Iowa? Join the Fortepan group at the Cedar Falls Public Library on Sunday, January 29, 2 p.m., to be included in a conversation about Mid-Century modern home decor led by local experts Ann Eastman from Miss Wonderful in Cedar Falls and Sally Timmer. The VITA program returns again this year from 6:00-8:00 p.m, Wednesdays, February 15 - April 5 in CBB 224. (closed for spring break). The following returns qualify: • Income $60,000 or less • Students • Foreign Students • Seniors (60 years of age and older).
The College of Business will be hosting the NIBS 23rd annual business competition on the University of Northern Iowa campus the week of March 5 to 10, 2023. Volunteers are needed for various roles from March 3 to 10. Teams from 16 universities from 13 countries will be here competing. Seven host ambassadors are still needed to assist all week. Judges are also needed during the presentation rounds. Students, Professors and Staff interested in assisting please contact Chris Schrage soon to learn more.
Military and Veteran Student Services (MVSS) is providing Green Zone Training Thursday, January 26 from 1 - 2 p.m. and Thursday, March 9 from 1 - 2 p.m . Join us to learn about our Veteran and military students and how you can be more aware of their unique transition issues and how to better assist in their academic and personal success. All faculty and staff are welcome to attend. The hour-long session will be presented by the MVSS coordinator and select Veteran and military students. Please register in advance.
