UNI construction management students take essential safety courses, guided by adjunct professor Gil Schultz. With 30 years of experience at John Deere, Schultz certifies students with their OSHA 30-hour card and helps them apply real-world safety practices. Beyond UNI, he serves on the Cedar Falls City Council, dedicated to making a lasting impact in both education and the community.
