Future teachers will explore STEM in the elementary class setting at the Elementary STEM Expo for Emerging Pre-K-6 Educators, sponsored by the UNI College of Education.
Students at the University of Northern Iowa gain fulfilling experiences and valuable real-world skills through their work with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program at the Wilson College of Business. This program, which has been aiding taxpayers for fifty years, allows accounting students to become certified tax preparers, helping community members file their taxes under faculty supervision.
