Work Safe, Home Safe tips for you. As we adjust to these trying times and adjust to working from home, are you prepared for emergencies at home? Do you have a plan and have you practiced it with your family? This week we highlight emergencies and plan suggestions from the National Safety Council for Fires and Tornados.
Many of us are dealing with new work spaces during this time. It is important to take steps to prevent musculoskeletal disorders by practicing good ergonomics while working in whatever setting you are in. Here are some tips from the National Safety Council to help you prevent injuries.

Student Wellness Services will be offering two Intuitive Eating Workshops during April. Each workshop will be a 4-week series held via Zoom. To reduce traffic for healthcare facilities and to reduce you and family member’s potential exposure, use Doctor On Demand. Temporarily, due to COVID-19, the copay for utilizing Doctor on Demand will be waived for medical treatment.
