Graduating in December? Celebrate by attending Gradfest!

If you are graduating in December, join the UNI Alumni Association for Gradfest from 6 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 30, at Social House. There will be a gift from the association, as well as complimentary pizza and refreshments. Those in attendance will have a chance to win an Apple watch. Let us give you a warm Panther send off!

Dancing For a Cure

UNI Relay for Life will host Dancing For a Cure from 7 to 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 27, in Old Central Ballroom, MAU. This will be an hour of fun, dancing and fighting cancer. Bring $3 to participate in ZUMBA and wear purple. All proceeds benefit UNI Relay For Life.

Security awareness: phishing remains the number one threat

Phishing attacks pose a greater threat to users losing their access to accounts than other cyber snares such as keyloggers or password reuse, according to a report by Google. Mutli-factor authentication is coming to UNI and will largely eliminate the threat posed by phishing.
