A Task Force has been working on a Housing Needs Assessment for Cedar Falls. They invite interested Cedar Falls residents to an open house to learn about the process and its findings, and offer comments on the recommendations. The event will take place Tuesday, May 2 at the Cedar Falls Community Center (528 Main Street) from 4:00-6:00 pm.

UNI Export Controls Officer Emily Pittenger will outline what faculty and staff need to know about federal export control regulations, which govern the “exporting” (sharing) of information, equipment or software with individuals from other countries. Those who travel internationally, are engaged in sensitive technical research, use special equipment and/or have international students or collaborators are especially encouraged to attend.
