Human Resource Services will host a session led by Cedar Valley Hospice. Cedar Valley Hospice counselors will provide information on how to support someone who is grieving, and resources available in the community. This one hour session will be held Wednesday, May 17 at 2 p.m. in Gilchrist 009. Please register in advance.

A 5-session grant-writing seminar for UNI faculty and staff presented by the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs, this workshop offers sessions on various grant-writing topics. Students from Iowa Wesleyan University can continue their education journey at the University of Northern Iowa. UNI is hosting an Iowa Wesleyan Visit Day on Tuesday, May 9 from 10:15 a.m. - 2 p.m. to give prospective students the opportunity to explore campus, learn about scholarships, get on-the-spot transfer evaluations and learn about next steps.
Visit day will welcome prospective, admitted and international students from Iowa Wesleyan, and include an admissions presentation, overview of academic programs, and a tour of campus and dorms.
UNI is also offering a $1,000 transfer scholarship for eligible Iowa Wesleyan students that is stackable with other UNI transfer awards.
