Two UNI Environmental Science students, Starr Claussen and Ramsey McGrew, participated in an international water quality research program at the University of Yamanashi in Japan. The experience brought together students from multiple countries to study shared water challenges, collaborate on real-world solutions, and explore global perspectives on environmental science. The trip also offered cultural immersion and reinforced the hands-on, collaborative learning opportunities that define UNI’s Environmental Science program.
