The 2025 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment period will run from Friday, November 1 through Saturday, November 30, 2024. Watch for an upcoming email announcement and an informational mailing that will be sent to your home address later this month. We will be utilizing UNI Works to make all changes, please plan accordingly so you can navigate the new system.
Human Resource Services will host a confidential biometric screening on Friday, October 25 from 7 to 9 a.m. in Gilchrist 009. All benefit eligible employees may participate in one free biometric screening per academic year. For more information, and to register, visit the confidential biometric screening webpage.
University Relations will be holding another headshot day for faculty and staff on Monday, October 28. Time slots are available from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Headshots are taken in the University Relations photo studio, 105 E. Bartlett. Please sign up in advance to reserve your spot. Once photos are ready, they will be housed in Photoshelter and can be accessed via CatID log-in.
The UNI Alumni Association recognizes Dylan Keller, Tatiana Rice, and Jamal White as the 2024 GOLD & Bold Award recipients. Help raise awareness for relationship violence by decorating t-shirts for the Clothesline Project in Maucker Union on October 21 and 23 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. All shirts decorated will be put on display in Sabin Hall on Friday, October 25 for bearing witness from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Part of the RSP Training Series, this Zoom session focuses on an overview of subawards and subcontracts, their elements and when to utilize a subaward versus a subcontract (pre-award) and once you’ve received the prime award (post-award) as well as roles & responsibilities, subaward invoice approval, subrecipient monitoring and subaward amendments for UNI investigators.
