On Saturday, October 28 Orchesis Dance Company will present their fall show. There will be shows at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Bengston Auditorium. Orchesis is an auditioned dance company that focuses on ballet and modern techniques and performs a variety of styles including jazz, tap and hip hop.

These recorded sessions will provide information on the health, dental and vision benefits as a part of your complete benefits package. Even though the cold, flu and COVID-19 are different illnesses, there are some common actions we all can take to protect ourselves and our fellow Panthers to reduce our risk from contracting and spreading them. Get your free flu shot on campus. Stay home, rest and stay hydrated if you are sick. cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or elbow. Keep your environment clean. Seek medical care if symptoms become worse. Avoid touching your face. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. Build a resilient immune system by proactively taking care of yourself. Prepare a sick kit. Know the different symptoms for a cold, the flu and COVID-19.
TheatreUNI has partnered with LifeServe Blood Center to host a blood drive from 1 to 5 p.m. on Friday, October 13th at Strayer-Wood Theatre, 1505 W 27th Street, Cedar Falls, IA 50614.
Donors who give blood during the drive will receive two free tickets to TheatreUNI’s upcoming production of Dracula: A Feminist Revenge Fantasy.
