Preparing Your IRB Application - Tues, April 30 | 10-11 am

Are you ready to prepare an IRB application, and you just aren't sure where to begin? Join IRB Administrator Lisa Ahern for a basic "How-To" Zoom session on using Cayuse, the IRB application system. Summer Billing Information

De-Stress Days

Self-care leads to better grades. April 29, 30 & May 1, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., come to De-Stress Days in Union Hemisphere Lounge to leave feeling less stressed and more relaxed.

Faculty 12 Month Pay Option

Faculty may be paid for their continuing non-temporary academic year appointment in 10 or 12 equal installments beginning with the August 31 or July 31 payroll respectively. Faculty members who would like to change their salary payments from 10 to 12 months, or vice versa, must complete a Pay Frequency Change Form. The completed form can be scanned and emailed to payroll@uni.edu or sent via campus mail to Business Operations - Payroll, mail code 0008, prior to the Wednesday, May 15, 2024, deadline.  Questions may be directed to Amy Stanbrough at amy.stanbrough@uni.edu or 273-7049.

Students Needed for UNI TV Spot Filming

Student volunteers are needed to fill in scenes for a UNI TV Spot being filmed on campus Monday, April 29 through Friday, May 3. If you are a student who is interested, please sign up for one (or more) of these slots using this spreadsheet [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10HESDJYtwd5NMgqJ-m_sqoxtMb1ZfDJLsu0TXyPF760/edit#gid=0]. If you are faculty or staff, please pass along to any students you think might be a good fit and encourage them to sign up if interested. All potential participants must fill out a photo/video release, and will be screened to make sure they are in good standing. University Relations will reach out to confirm participation and final details with all students. Questions can be directed to Jess Betts.

My Well-being: Health and Fitness 55+

Human Resource Services will host an interactive session on maintaining health and fitness at age 55+. Participants will learn tips, tricks and exercises that are safe and will help maintain a healthy lifestyle. This hour-long session will be presented by Merriam Lake, with MercyOne Wellness, on Wednesday, May 15 at noon in Gilchrist 009. Please register in advance.

My Well-being: Final Confidential Biometric Screening of the Academic Year

Human Resource Services will host the final confidential biometric screening of the academic year on Friday, April 26, from 7 to 9 a.m. in Gilchrist 009.
