CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – University of Northern Iowa has been selected as a Holmes Scholars Institution, a designation reflecting a program of the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE) which supports students from historically underrepresented communities enrolled in doctoral programs in education.
