Help raise awareness for relationship violence by decorating t-shirts for the Clothesline Project in Maucker Union on October 21 and 23 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. All shirts decorated will be put on display in Sabin Hall on Friday, October 25 for bearing witness from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Part of the RSP Training Series, this Zoom session focuses on an overview of subawards and subcontracts, their elements and when to utilize a subaward versus a subcontract (pre-award) and once you’ve received the prime award (post-award) as well as roles & responsibilities, subaward invoice approval, subrecipient monitoring and subaward amendments for UNI investigators. On Tuesday, October 22 from 10-11 a.m. and on Tuesday, October 16 from 10-11 a.m. in the ScholarSpace, learn about current meditation and mindfulness practices. This workshop will consist of two one-hour sessions: the first will describe how the Buddha's unique life led him to key insights into the nature of human unhappiness and suffering, and the second will discuss Robert Wright's 2017 bestseller "Why Buddhism is True," which examines the Buddha's teachings through the lenses of neuroscience and evolutionary psychology.
